Over a decade in organizational HR, she witnessed firsthand the patterns that limit human potential — unchecked emotional reactivity, poor communication, toxic leadership, and the systemic neglect of employee wellbeing.

This experience ignited a deeper calling. She pursued advanced certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Workplace Coaching — integrating neuroscience with practical tools to create a transformation methodology that goes beyond surface-level training.
